Stan Snipes has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in and around the Nashville market including Midtown, Downtown, Franklin/Cool Springs and the Brentwood submarkets. His specialty is helping investors and users with their corporate real estate strategies, site selection/disposition, land assemblage, investment services, tenant representation and landlord representation. Prior to starting Snipes Properties, Stan was the Managing Director of SVN Nashville and also served as the President and Principal Broker of XMi Commercial Real Estate. In that role he oversaw the brokerage, property management and construction management divisions of the company. He was responsible for the performance of over $65 million in commercial real estate assets in Middle Tennessee. In addition to the performance of the local portfolio, his duties included the valuation, acquisition, management, financing, leasing, construction and development of those assets. Prior to starting XMi Commercial Real Estate, Stan was Vice President of Office Services a ProVenture Commercial Real Estate where he helped property owners acquire, manage and lease properties throughout the State of Tennessee. Stan also spent over four years with the CB Richard Ellis Asset Services Group, managing and leasing institutional and privately owned properties in Alabama and Tennessee.

When not helping his clients with their commercial real estate portfolios, Stan enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and his three boys Conner, Hamilton and Jackson.
